I just found this place about 2 months ago and I can say that I love it. I come by some late mornings to decompress as I work an overnight shift. The Kava Tender Nolan is AMAZING. He has fully educated me on all of the products and now knows my order by heart, literally making it as soon as he sees me walking in. They also allow dogs and I am def bringing my lab Sassy in one day. Thank you to Unitea and Nolan for making life a little bit easier. I feel at home here.

This place is really cool! It's excellent to meet up with friends or colleagues. Free wifi! Also, Nolan is so considerate. He gave me time to settle in, came from behind thr bar and took my order. He also asked if I wanted a Togo water. In this Dlorida heat, that is a YES.

I absolutely love this place. I come here a few times a week, usually in the mornings, and it’s always a great experience. The kava tenders are amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and they really know their stuff. The owners are seriously the best, and you can feel the positive energy they’ve built the second you walk in. It’s one of those places that just has a genuinely good vibe. The morning crowd is such a fun group too, which makes it even better. Whether you’re just trying to relax, get your day started on a good note, or have some laughs with good people, this place delivers every time. It’s become a regular part of my routine, and I always look forward to coming in. Always a good time!

Such a fantastic business! This place is always able to help me relax and get my ADHD brain into gear late at night. Whether it's tea coffee or something in between I know I can count on the people here for comfortable conversation, or just to allow me to focus in on what I need to do.

I am so thankful I found this place. The name speaks greatly towards the values and culture of the establishment. A welcoming place to come together and bring a sense of belonging to the kava community .From your first visit, you will immediately be treated and welcomed as a friend and part of the UniTea family. Michelle and Kevin(the owners) are the kindest people and take such pride in their business. Top notch ingredients, amazing brews, and an awesome ambiance. It’s a great place to relax and chill with friends, play games, or work quietly. The tea by far one of the best I’ve ever had, and if you haven’t tried the carrot cake and Michelle’s secret “blue brew”, I highly recommend!!! Drinks specials daily, and fresh pastries and snacks. I’m so happy I found this hidden gem and thankful for the welcoming community and friends I’ve made!!! Come check out the prettiest sunset around for a sober date night. It’s magical.
